Did you hear? We took knowledge on the road! Dr. Mann and the Mann Family Dental team have been creating smiles in the community for over 25 years. Beyond creating smiles in office, we take pride in generating smiles through education and community outreach.
Recently, Dr. Mann shared valuable information with our very own local Hooksett-ites during their Friday morning meeting at the Hooksett Public LIbrary. Dr. Mann discussed various dental topics from the relationship to oral and body health to dentures and dental implants. Dr. Mann and two certified dental assistants answered questions and opened dialog about the benefits of good oral hygiene to the 60 and above crowd.
Since a beautiful smile knows no age, the discussion also included information regarding smile restoration and tooth replacement. Beyond aesthetic improvements, many were surprised to learn of the extended health benefits connected to restoring or replacing missing teeth. Dr. Mann informed those in attendance that when any patient, including our dear older ones, makes the choice to replace missing teeth, overall health and functionality improves.
The meeting with the Hooksett-ites helped explain how digestion and jaw bone strength could be improved by replacing or restoring missing teeth. It also explored the relationship between good oral health and overall health. Remember, every age benefits from daily brushing and flossing! Many were also happy to know that a more youthful appearance could be achieved by dental restoration work, dentures and implants! It was a joy to help education our valuable senior community on the benefits of lifelong quality dental care.
Yes, providing information and quality dental services to our community is of primary importance to the Mann Family Dental team. If you would like to know more about how dental restoration work can benefit you or a loved one, call Mann Family Dental and schedule a dental exam.
