Some patients seek dental treatment in foreign countries due to high cost. Very often, the treatment rendered is substandard. This gentleman had his teeth treated in Costa Rica and all of the dental work was failing. A full mouth reconstruction was completed by removing all of the crowns, removing the decayed tooth structure, and restoring all of his teeth and correcting his bite with new crowns. In addition, he is a saxophone player and instructor and was concerned about how his new teeth would affect his playing. He was able to "test drive" the shape and position of his front teeth with temporary crowns. The temporary crowns were fine tuned and then replicated in his final crowns.
