New Patients Welcome in Manchester, NH

Knowing what to expect at your first visit

Hearing from Dr. Mann before you arrive

Booking with a new dentist can leave you wondering who you’ll meet, so Dr. Mann calls you himself, usually the same day you book, to introduce himself and let you know he’s looking forward to meeting you — and by the time you walk in, you already know the person caring for you.

A 90-minute visit that starts with you

Feeling heard takes time, so your first visit runs about 90 minutes and starts with conversation: Dr. Mann spends 10 to 15 minutes getting to know you, what brought you in and what you want before the exam. We include a 3D scan, full x-rays and a digital scan of your teeth in your first visit, and you and Dr. Mann look at them together on the screen.

A clear plan in plain words

Hearing a lot of news about your teeth at once can feel overwhelming, so Dr. Mann explains what he sees and your options in plain words, and we go over the cost and financing with you before anything starts. If it feels like a lot, we can talk again the following week, because, as he tells patients, “ultimately, the decision is yours.”

Getting your forms ready

A little paperwork up front means more of your visit goes to what matters most — talking with Dr. Mann about what you’d like for your smile. If you have any questions about your forms, our team is happy to help when you call or send us a message.

Starting with a complimentary consultation

A first look at your smile, together

If you’re unsure where to begin, a complimentary consultation is an easy first step: it includes a digital scan and digital photos of your smile, so you and Dr. Mann can look at what’s going on together and talk through your options at your own pace.

Answering the questions patients ask most

When you’re wondering about something — whether an implant is right for you, what sedation feels like, or how to care for a new crown — chances are someone has already asked Dr. Mann in the chair, and these articles share his answers in plain, friendly words.
